Keep Well wants to help you to stay healthy and protect your immune system. Our hand-crafted smoothies can stay on the sweeter side of things and remain a true health boost.
Smoothies and smoothie bowls at Keep Well are ALL natural with *no added sugar*.
Refined sugars may increase your risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. They’re also linked to a higher likelihood of depression, dementia, liver disease, and certain types of cancer.
Eating sugar affects bacteria-fighting white blood cells for at least five hours after consumption. The immune cells turn sluggish on the job. Ever noticed your kids getting sick after a party?

Keep Well’s handcrafted smoothies also contain ZERO ice!
Your experience here is about nutrition not fillers or tainted water. To ensure taste and consistency, we freeze all fruits and add fresh vegetables so you get precisely what you pay for without compromise. Each one contains mylk (no dairy here) and to really step up your immunity you can add a shot of Black Seed Oil or Moringa.

Black Cumin Seeds have been used for thousands of years and are said to target inflammation and assist in the treatment of asthma, diabetes and sinusitis. As an antioxidant packed oil with a high content of omegas 3-6-9, it helps to flush out toxins and provide joint support.
*Not to be consumed by individuals who take beta-blockers or that have a blood disorder.

Moringa Powder is often referred to as a superfood. Its leaves, full of amino acids, calcium, and Vitamin C, are said to protect and nourish our skin and hair.

Immunity Shot
Now more so than ever it’s important to appropriately and
mindfully fuel our bodies.
To stave off illness, it’s vital that you support your immune system. Keep Well offers immunity shots which contain apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon, and turmeric.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) , when diluted with water, has less than 3 calories/tbsp., no fat, carbs, protein or fiber. Referred to as a super food it’s said to assist in lowering blood pressure & insulin levels and kills bacteria.
Highly hydrating, apples improve our skin quality. They facilitate digestion yet they’re rather filling considering their low-calorie count. Apples help our bodies develop resistance against infections.

Ginger root fights inflammation, relieves nausea/gastrointestinal irritations and helps to eliminate joint and muscle pain/soreness. It’s also said to lower blood pressure and regulate blood sugar.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Some women praise it for easing PMS symptoms and it’s said to ease the effects of depression. Like ginger, it too is believed to lower blood pressure and regulate blood sugar.
Keep Well includes some of the most nutrient-dense fruits and
veggies. Below we’ve highlighted just a few.

Nitrates in beets are associated with improved blood flow and lower blood pressure. High levels of iron help to purify the blood and clear our skin. Beets aid in healing wounds, rid sugar cravings, and boost muscle power and stamina.

Pears are high in folate and contain higher soluble fiber (pectin) shown to lower cholesterol. If you eat 2/day, you’ll consume 40% of the fiber needed daily! They’re also loaded with catechism & flavonoid- two antioxidants that appear to hinder the storage of belly fat.

Commonly referred to as tree nuts, cashews are really seeds. Cashews contain a significant amount of copper, a mineral essential for energy production, a strong immune system, and healthy brain development. They’re especially rich in unsaturated fats, proteins and fiber plus they’re low in sugar. They’re a great source of two nutrients important to bone health: magnesium and manganese.

Although carrots are a higher sugar content, they’re high in calcium, fiber & have the most Vit A (beta carotene) of any vegetable. A single carrot can fuel you with the energy to walk a full mile!
